To use the clip art or logos from the graphic disc, select Insert > Clipart or Insert > Logo and browse through the categories.

To import a .plt file from CorelDRAW or CASmate, select File > Import PLT File and locate the file on your computer.

Save your design as an .ac6 file when you are done.

Step 3: Cut Your Design

After you have created or imported your design, you can cut it using your plotter. You need to make sure that your plotter is connected to your computer and turned on. You also need to load the vinyl sheet into your plotter and adjust the blade depth and pressure according to your vinyl type. To cut your design, follow these steps:

Select File > Cut Plot in Artcut 6.

Select your plotter model from the drop-down list and click OK.

Adjust the cutting settings such as speed, offset, quality, etc. according to your preferences.

Click Preview to see how your design will be cut on the vinyl sheet.
